Customer Service: Can You Hear My Tweet?!

I would love if you guys listened to my new podcast I uploaded this morning! Creating a podcast was new for me, but such a great experience to work on my research skills, my ability to from fluent writing and my speaking abilities about social media. I had a lot more fun creating this than I expected due to the fact that it kind of scared me at first. The app Opinion made things really easy to create, edit and post. I would suggest Opinion to anyone looking to start a podcast.

At first, I struggled to find a topic to talk about for my podcast. There were things that had been covered too often, or ones that hadn't been covered enough for me to create a podcast about. However, the research I did ended up being really interesting and relevant to me as I talk about in my blog post.

It also created an atmosphere that I had to be comfortable enough with my topic to talk about it for an extended period of time. I really enjoyed trying something new and I think did an alright job for my first time!
